According to Foresight News, Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko has provided a summary of the 183rd Ethereum Core Developer Execution (ACDE) meeting. During the meeting, it was confirmed that EIP-2935 and EIP-3074 will be included in the Pectra upgrade. Meanwhile, EOF and EIP-7623 are under consideration for inclusion (CFI), with a final decision expected soon. EIP-7667 and the Verkle migration have entered the CFI category for the Osaka upgrade.
Foresight News notes that with the use of EIP-3074, users can sign messages with a private key that contains their intent. This message is then included in the caller's on-chain transaction. The caller uses the signed message and the AUTH opcode to control the user's account, and with AUTHCALL, they can perform operations on behalf of the user.
