Movement launches public testnet and kicks off “Building The Parthenon” initiative

Movement Labs announced the launch of the Movement Network public testnet, allowing developers to create, build, and test their projects in a real-world environment. Six Web3 projects have been successfully deployed, with a TVL of $160 million. To advance the mainnet launch, Movement Labs launched the "Building The Parthenon" program, which has six independent guilds that community members can join based on their skills and interests, and participate in weekly guild tasks on Galxe, participate in partner ecosystem projects, and help build the future of Movement, thereby achieving the common goal of the mainnet launch. In addition, the hackathon event "The Battle of Olympus" is now online and will last until September 17, 2024. This event covers multiple categories, including DeFi, Games and Entertainment, Social and Community Tools, Infrastructure and Development Tools, and NFTs. At the same time, the official also launched the Movement Centurions program, where users can get internal access through private Telegram channels, and be recognized as torchbearers of the Movement ecosystem, join the official proprietary community, and make important contributions to the future development of the project.
