Cleanspark, a publicly traded Bitcoin mining company, recently disclosed in a 10-Q report filed with the U.S. SEC that it has entered into a future sales and purchase agreement with Bitmain to purchase 26,000 S21 XP immersion-cooled Bitcoin mining machines with a total rated computing power of 7,800,000 TH/s for a total purchase price of $167.7 million.
