Hong Kong Virtual Asset Exchange HKVAX announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Fórum Oceano and Yacooba Labs on the Blue Economy Security Token Project, actively contributing to the protection of marine ecosystems. According to the agreement, the partners will do their best to cooperate with HKVAX on high-quality security token projects related to the blue economy, covering tokenization, distribution, listing, trading and token custody. It is reported that HKVAX has obtained a license from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region earlier this month, becoming the third licensed virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.
