Bitget CEO: BGB is the core currency, and PayFi is its payment medium

Bitget CEO Gracy Chen issued an open letter in which she reviewed the company’s growth since its establishment. From an entrepreneurial team of dozens of people to 1,753 employees worldwide today, Bitget has formed a global layout and continues to deepen diversified development. In 2024, Bitget has made significant progress in multiple areas, including team upgrades, currency listing strategy optimization, BGB destruction and empowerment, and continuous product iteration. Looking forward to 2025, Gracy said that Bitget will focus on three core businesses: on the one hand, the company will further expand institutional and VIP business to create a more diversified user structure; on the other hand, BGB will continue to be the core currency of the platform, and PayFi will become its payment medium and promote the further development of the entire ecosystem. Additionally, continue to set industry standards in safety and compliance.
