This change mainly aims to achieve the following goals: - Improve the technical expertise of the leadership of the Ethereum Foundation; - Improve the two-way communication and connection between the leadership of the Ethereum Foundation and new and old participants in the ecosystem. Our responsibility is to support: users (individuals and institutions), application developers, wallets, L2; - Introduce fresh talents to improve execution capabilities and speed; - More actively support application developers to ensure that important values ​​and inalienable rights (especially privacy, open source, and resistance to censorship) are real for users, including the application layer; - Continue to increase the use of decentralized and privacy technologies and the Ethereum chain, including for payment and fund management. Non-necessary goals include: Implement a certain ideological/atmosphere shift; Start actively lobbying regulators and powerful politicians (especially in the United States, more focused on major powers), and risk damaging Ethereum's position as a global neutral platform; - Become an arena for vested interests; - Become a highly centralized organization, and even become the "protagonist" of Ethereum.
