The meeting agenda includes: filing and resolving injunction lawsuits, filing and resolving administrative lawsuits, resolving litigation claims, and other matters related to review and enforcement procedures.
Earlier news, SEC Acting Chairman Mark Uyeda established a crypto working group dedicated to developing a comprehensive and clear regulatory framework for crypto assets.
