Odaily Planet Daily News Consumer-grade public chain Morph announced that Colin Goltra, former director of business development for Binance Asia Pacific, officially joined Morph in January 2025 and served as Morph's Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Colin has extensive experience in the field of large-scale expansion of consumer-grade products and will help Morph accelerate its layout in the Southeast Asian market, especially in markets with high growth potential such as the Philippines.
After taking the position of Chief Growth Officer, Colin will promote Morph's global expansion around three core strategies: accelerate user adoption through an extremely smooth blockchain experience; cultivate a developer ecosystem that is in line with the company's vision; and design an innovative growth model that can be replicated globally. He will work closely with the CEO and the core team, relying on his deep accumulation of community building and platform operations to transform marketing, community operations and ecosystem construction into a strong growth engine.
Colin Goltra, Chief Growth Officer of Morph, said: "I am very happy to join Morph. We will work with developers to bring users a more accessible Web3 experience. Morph is committed to empowering developers to create user-friendly DApps, which is in line with my experience in promoting the large-scale application of web3 products in the fields of games and financial services. I look forward to working with the team and ecosystem partners to break down the barriers between Web3 technology and ordinary users, making blockchain technology as intuitive and easy to use as daily applications." It is reported that when Colin was a senior executive of cryptocurrency and products at Coins.ph in his early years, he promoted a 20-fold increase in user scale and was eventually acquired by the regional super app Gojek. In addition, he also served as the COO of Yield Guild Games (YGG), the world's largest Web3 game guild, and transformed YGG from a game guild to a movement sweeping Southeast Asia. During his tenure as Director of Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific Expansion at Binance, he successfully expanded the business to 11 countries.
