Odaily Planet Daily News: According to the prisoner registration information of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FTX co-founder and former CEO SBF has been transferred to Terminal Island, a low-security federal correctional institution in Los Angeles. He was previously imprisoned in a notoriously violent medium-security prison in California.
One prisoner told Zoukis Consulting Group (a company that specializes in collecting and publishing information about different prisons): "The food and location here are great," and pointed out that "it is close to the water" and "there are few violent incidents."
This is very different from the prison where SBF was previously held, which was called the "Victim Village". SBF stayed here for nearly two weeks after being transferred to the prison from the Oklahoma Transfer Center by the Federal Bureau of Corrections earlier this month. (Decrypt)
