Bitwise Seeks SEC Approval for NEAR ETF with S-1 Filing

Bitwise Asset Management has formally submitted a Form S-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch the Bitwise NEAR exchange-traded fund (ETF).   The filing follows Bitwise’s earlier move on April 24, 2025, when the firm registered a trust entity for the Bitwise NEAR ETF in Delaware.
