Trump pressures US Senate to pass budget and cryptocurrency bills

An updated version of the bill passed the House of Representatives last month by a narrow vote (215 to 214). The bill has now been sent to the Senate, where it is expected to face similar resistance from some Republican dissenters. The goal of the Republican leadership is to get the bill (the best version is as close to the current version as possible) to the president for signature before July 4. The next task for the senators is to pass the GENIUS Act, which Trump hopes to pass before the end of the summer.
