**Program Details**
- Liquidity providers will undergo weekly reviews based on a performance review mechanism.
- To qualify for Tier 1 rebate rates, users must achieve a combined Maker Volume Percentage of 0.5% against any of the eligible altcoin spot trading pairs.
- For Tier 2 rebate rates, a combined Maker Volume Percentage of 1.0% is required.
- The Maker Fee Rebate Rate is set at -0.005% for Tier 1 and -0.010% for Tier 2.
- Maker fee rebate rates will be updated weekly starting from 2025-06-17 00:00 (UTC).
- Accounts qualifying for both the Spot Liquidity Provider Program and the Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program will receive the more favorable fee rate for traded pairs.
**Eligible Altcoin Spot Trading Pairs**
- The program includes trading pairs such as INITUSDT, EOSUSDT, HYPERUSDT, PARTIUSDT, ICPUSDT, KERNELUSDT, CFXUSDT, WUSDT, KMNOUSDT, IOTXUSDT, ONDOUSDT, TONUSDT, FILUSDT, WCTUSDT, BABYUSDT, SXTUSDT, SYRUPUSDT, and STOUSDT.
**Participation Requirements**
- Users with a 30-day trading volume exceeding 20,000,000 USDT equivalent on Binance Spot and Margin, or as evidenced across other platforms, are invited to join.
- Interested participants must provide proof of trading volume to

- The program is limited to specified altcoin trading pairs on Binance.com.
- Maker rebates will be settled in USDT.
- Rebate eligibility is based on weekly performance across eligible altcoin pairs.
- Maker Fee Rebates are effective from 00:00 (UTC) each Tuesday to 23:59 (UTC) the following Monday and are paid hourly.
- Users can check their rebate history via Orders > Transaction History > Distribution > Fiat and Spot.
- Participants in multiple liquidity programs will receive the more favorable rebate ratio.
- Users failing to qualify for rebates for three consecutive weeks will be removed from the program.
