Keyrock, a provider of crypto trading infrastructure, announced that it has acquired Turing Capital, an alternative investment fund management company registered in Luxembourg, for US$27.8 million and officially launched its asset and wealth management department. Turing Capital CEO and co-founder Jorge Schnura will be responsible for Keyrock's on-chain wealth management business and join the company's executive committee. Keyrock CEO Kevin de Patoul said that this move will help the company better provide institutional clients with a full range of services from liquidity to long-term investment strategies. Keyrock has also applied for regulatory filing in Liechtenstein to expand its crypto portfolio management and consulting business. As a Brussels-based market maker, Keyrock provides liquidity services to more than 85 centralized and decentralized trading platforms worldwide. In 2022, it completed a US$72 million Series B financing round led by Ripple. (The Block)
