DOJ Names 9 Creditors Including Genesis Bermuda Subsidiary to FTX Unsecured Creditors Committee

According to a court document, the U.S. Department of Justice assigned nine creditors to join the FTX Unsecured Creditors Committee in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law. Subsidiaries GGC International, Octopus Information, .Pulsar Global, individual creditors Larry Qian, Acaena Amoros Romero, Wincent Investment Fund PCC and Wintermute Asia PTE.
