YZi Labs leads $50 million funding round for Better Payment Network (BPN)

YZi Labs has officially announced that it has led a $50 million funding round for the Better Payment Network (BPN). BPN is committed to building global settlement infrastructure for the multi-stablecoin era. Deployed natively on the BNB Chain, it utilizes a hybrid CeDeFi architecture to balance efficiency, programmability, and compliance. Traditional fintech platforms rely on capital-intensive pre-funding models, leaving trillions of dollars idle in local accounts to maintain payment liquidity. BPN's CeDeFi dual-track system enables instant cross-jurisdictional settlement through real-time minting, redemption, and destruction of stablecoins, freeing up locked-up funds. Currently, BPN's CeFi model serves businesses and licensed payment institutions, supporting real-time exchange for major non-USD settlement corridors, such as the Brazilian Real (BBRL), the Nigerian Naira (cNGN), the Mexican Peso (MEXAS), and the Euro (EURI). Its DeFi model will launch this year, supporting over 20 regional stablecoins in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, enabling truly borderless programmable capital flows. The funds raised will be primarily used to provide an initial on-chain liquidity pool for stablecoin exchange channels and establish a market-making ecosystem to ensure fair and efficient exchange rates and execution efficiency.
