Medical Technology Company ENDRA Adds HYPE Token to New Crypto Asset Pool

Medical technology company ENDRA has completed a private equity round to fund its expansion into digital assets, with a portion of the funds immediately allocated to the HYPE token, which will form a core component of its active asset management portfolio. The Ann Arbor-based medical technology company announced on October 23rd that it had completed a $4.9 million private equity (PIPE) round, primarily from institutional and crypto investors. The company also disclosed that it had allocated approximately $3 million of the raised funds to acquire 78,863 Hyperliquid platform tokens (HYPE tokens). ENDRA Life Sciences stated that this acquisition represents the first implementation of its newly formulated Digital Asset Pool (DAT) strategy. (Crypto.news)
