B Strategy Targets U.S.-Listed BNB Treasury Fund With $1B Ambition
Digital asset investment firm founded by former Bitmain executives is planning to launch a U.S listed BNB treasury fund.
The company will be getting strategic support from YZi Labs, with the aim of raising a whopping $1 billion.
According to the firm, the strategy involves partnering with a U.S-listed company through a private placement, after which the company will purchase BNB directly and shift its business model to operate as a dedicated BNB treasury entity.
In other words, the listed company will effectively become a BNB-focused holding vehicle on U.S. soil, giving investors indirect exposure to Binance’s ecosystem through traditional stock markets.
Following a Proven Playbook
The approach draws inspiration from 10X Capital, which earlier this year launched its own BNB treasury fund with YZi Labs’ backing. That vehicle raised $250 million to accumulate and hold BNB as a long-term reserve asset.
Now, with a $1 billion target, B Strategy is taking that model a step further and positioning itself to become a central bridge between Asian capital and American markets.
"We aim to serve as a bridge between the U.S and Asian markets. There is a significant demand from Asian investors seeking access to the U.S stock market, and they trust our team to help. Manage their investments within this treasury strategy."
YZi Labs, formerly known as Biannce Labs, is led by Ella Zhang and is overseen by Binance's Zhao.
The Rise Of BNB Following Surge Industry interest
The rise of these treasury funds underscores how BNB is evolving beyond a transactional token into a quasi-reserve asset. As the fourth-largest cryptocurrency with a market capitalization of over $120 billion, BNB already plays a critical role across Binance’s ecosystem, from fee payments to staking and governance.
Institutional vehicles accumulating BNB as long-term reserves could further reinforce its position in the market.
Recent corporate experiments highlight the growing appetite. CEA Industries saw its share price surge by 550% after announcing its own treasury plan, while BMB Network Company’s $500 million BNB fund was oversubscribed.
These cases reflect investor enthusiasm for BNB-backed structures and their ability to bridge crypto with traditional finance.
For Binance’s co-founder CZ, whose family office remains central to these initiatives, the U.S.-listed BNB treasury concept could mark a watershed moment for crypto’s penetration into mainstream equity markets.
By transforming listed companies into BNB treasuries, B Strategy is testing whether Wall Street will accept a corporate vehicle explicitly tied to a single crypto asset.
If successful, the $1 billion project would not only entrench BNB as a cornerstone of Binance’s financial ecosystem but also establish a new blueprint for how crypto tokens can be institutionalized in regulated markets.
