According to the provisions of the criminal law, the criminal amount in the crime of illegal business is illegal income. "Research Opinions on the Identification of Income", "Illegal income" in the crime of illegal business refers to the "amount of profit", that is, the amount of money obtained by the perpetrator's illegal production and sale of goods or provision of services. All income (i.e. illegal business amount), the remaining amount after deducting the reasonable expenses directly used for business activities.
