The most successful project is Sci-Hub, which was founded in 2011 by Alexander Elbakin from Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as Sister A).

This project is so successful that Sister A was named one of the top 10 scientific figures in Nature magazine in 2016:

However, this incident has affected many vested interests. Sci-Hub has been sued many times since 2015 and was ordered to pay Elsevier $15 million in 2017.

The impact on this project is not limited to this. Sister A's current tweets on Twitter are still protesting Twitter's blocking of Sci-Hub's official Twitter in 2021.  

Although many people in the academic community use Sci-Hub, it is still too quiet compared to the vested interests, so that many ordinary people don’t know what is happening here.
