On February 3, DeFi platform Aave's founder, Stani Kulechov, purchased a five-story Victorian-style mansion in London's Notting Hill for £22 million, marking one of the highest-priced transactions in London's luxury housing market over the past year. According to BlockBeats, the transaction was completed in November of the previous year, with the final price approximately £2 million below the initial guide price provided by the agent. The mansion offers panoramic views of Notting Hill. Kulechov has not commented on the purchase.
