On February 15, local time, Iranian parliamentary spokesperson for the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Ebrahim Rezaei, stated that the ongoing negotiations do not include discussions on halting or abandoning Iran's uranium enrichment activities, nor on transporting Iran's nuclear materials out of the country. According to Jin10, these topics have been accepted by the United States. Rezaei emphasized that the Geneva talks are unrelated to missile or regional issues, asserting that Israel is the primary concern in the region. He suggested that Israel's threats should be excluded from the Geneva negotiations and addressed separately with regional countries to ensure development, peace, and mutual interests. Rezaei highlighted that the Iranian negotiation team is prepared with a negotiation plan, but expressed skepticism about the outcome due to the United States' past record.
