Singapore has reported its lowest birth rate on record, with approximately 27,500 resident newborns last year. According to Ming Pao, Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Indranee Rajah, highlighted that many couples are under immense pressure to become 'perfect parents.' She emphasized that alleviating this anxiety requires a shift in mindset, fostering a more positive and proactive approach to marriage and parenting.
