Fitch Ratings has assessed Qatar's stable outlook, reflecting market expectations that a significant increase in liquefied natural gas (LNG) production will mitigate the impact of the Iran conflict. According to Jin10, the baseline scenario anticipates the conflict lasting less than a month, with the Strait of Hormuz remaining closed during this period. It is expected that once traffic through the Strait resumes, natural gas production will return to normal levels.
