Cuba's President Responds to U.S. Threats, Asserts Strong Defense

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel has publicly responded to threats from the United States government, stating that any foreign aggressor will face an impenetrable line of defense. According to Jin10, Díaz-Canel highlighted that the U.S. frequently threatens to overthrow Cuba's constitutional order by force, using the pretext of Cuba's economic difficulties. He argued that these challenges are a result of over 60 years of U.S. pressure and isolation. Díaz-Canel accused the U.S. of attempting to claim Cuba's resources and property, as well as the economy it seeks to stifle to force Cuba into submission. He described this as a brutal economic war against the Cuban people.
