Biotech Firm Dexel Launches IPO with Global Offering

Biotech company Dexel, which specializes in developing medical imaging products and services, has initiated its initial public offering (IPO) process. According to Ming Pao, the company is offering 7.9992 million shares globally, with 10% allocated for public offering in Hong Kong. The shares are priced between HKD 95.6 and HKD 112.5 each. Investors can purchase a minimum of 50 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 5,681.73. Dexel aims to raise approximately HKD 900 million through this IPO and is expected to be listed on March 30. Huatai International is serving as the sole sponsor for the offering.
