PANews posted on X (formerly Twitter). Jensen Huang recently shared insights on Elon Musk during Lex Fridman's podcast, highlighting three core abilities that define Musk's leadership style.
Firstly, Musk is known for questioning everything. He often challenges the necessity, method, and duration of tasks, asking: 'Is it necessary?', 'Does it have to be done this way?', and 'Does it have to take this long?'.
Secondly, Musk embraces minimalism beyond product design. His approach involves streamlining processes at a systemic level, including manufacturing, supply chain, and management, ensuring that nothing can be removed without compromising essential functions. Huang describes this as achieving maximum efficiency where all necessary features are retained.
Lastly, Musk's hands-on involvement drives urgency among his team. By personally addressing issues and prioritizing projects, he instills a sense of importance and urgency, motivating others to follow suit. Huang notes that when a leader acts with great urgency, it naturally encourages others to do the same.
