Metaplanet Acquires Additional Bitcoin Holdings

Metaplanet has expanded its Bitcoin holdings with a recent purchase, acquiring 5,075 BTC at an average price of approximately $79,898. According to ChainCatcher, the total investment for this acquisition amounts to around $405.48 million. Since the beginning of the year, Bitcoin has yielded a return of 2.8% for the company. As of March 31, Metaplanet's total Bitcoin holdings have reached 40,177 BTC, with a cumulative cost of approximately $4.18 billion, averaging $104,106 per Bitcoin.
