AI infrastructure platform B.AI has announced improvements to its historical Credits consumption records and a compensation plan. According to ChainCatcher, the platform recently conducted a comprehensive review of past consumption records due to ongoing upgrades in its Credits billing system and display dimensions. During this review, it was discovered that from May 1, 2026, 00:00 to May 3, 2026, 03:00 (SGT), some requests did not fully display all cost components on the front-end. This was primarily because fees related to underlying caching were not shown, leading users to see only input/output token consumption and potentially misunderstand overall Credits usage.
B.AI has corrected the data and realigned it with historical records. Affected accounts will automatically receive Credits compensation, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, without requiring any user action. Users are advised to monitor their account balances for updates. B.AI plans to continue upgrading its Credits display system to enhance transparency and user experience over the long term.
