Fosun International Plans Hong Kong IPO for Club Med Lifestyle Group

Fosun International said on August 28 that it has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to spin off Club Med Lifestyle Group for a separate listing on the main board in Hong Kong, with BNP Paribas, HSBC and JPMorgan acting as joint sponsors, according to Jiemian News. The company said the listing plan, fundraising size and timetable have not been finalized and remain subject to regulatory approval; if the offering goes ahead, Fosun International will remain the controlling shareholder. Club Med Lifestyle Group is built around the Club Med brand and focuses on premium all-inclusive resort operations, as well as lighter-asset vacation services and destination projects. The filing said Club Med generated revenue of 1.95 billion euros in 2025 and adjusted EBITDA of 390 million euros, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 20.2%. Revenue rose from 1.86 billion euros in 2023 to 1.95 billion euros in 2025, while gross profit increased from 540 million euros to 590 million euros. The group said it plans to expand its global resort network, upgrade products, invest in digital and AI capabilities, and use part of the proceeds to optimize its capital structure and fund day-to-day operations.
