Iran Says U.S. Military Action Would Worsen Strait of Hormuz Security Crisis

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei said U.S. military action would further intensify the security crisis in the Strait of Hormuz. According to Odaily, he said Iran has responded decisively to every act of aggression, and accused some regional countries of breaking their commitments and serving as a launchpad for the attack on Larak Island. He added that continued maritime blockades, economic warfare, and attacks on Iranian infrastructure would make the situation more unstable across the region, especially in the Strait of Hormuz, and said Iran has struck related targets.
