Smart Layer Develops New Digital Asset Model Through ERC-5169 and TokenScrip

According to Odaily, Smart Layer (SLN) has developed a new digital asset model using ERC-5169 and TokenScrip, establishing a new token standard for the issuance of Real World Assets (RWA) on the blockchain. ERC-5169 introduces a token frontend that can change the token's utility, making it more flexible. This allows the token to surpass DApp and become a self-referencing token. The RWA tokens issued through the Smart Layer protocol are themselves a DApp. SLN token holders can truly own the rights and interests of the assets through the protocol, rather than having to go through a DApp. This maximizes the operability and practicality of RWA asset issuance and on-chain transactions, allowing users to conveniently operate RWA assets on the chain directly through the token.
