The deal, disclosed to employees last week, is expected to significantly expand Swyftx's operations in the United States, leveraging Caleb & Brown's established clientele of high-net-worth cryptocurrency investors. Anonymous sources have revealed that the acquisition is valued at over 100 million Australian dollars (approximately 65.8 million USD). Three months ago, Swyftx agreed to acquire New Zealand's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Easy Crypto. Upon completion, Swyftx's geographical coverage will be extensive, with nearly 300 team members. Founded in 2016, Caleb & Brown manages over 1.2 billion USD in digital assets.
