Transak has officially listed Tether Gold (XAU₮), a gold-backed stablecoin issued by Tether, on its global stablecoin onboarding platform, as per the reports shared with Finbold on Monday, July 7, The listing allows users worldwide to purchase, transfer, and settle in gold-backed tokens without traditional intermediaries or physical storage requirements. Each XAU₮ token represents one troy ounce of physical gold stored in Swiss vaults.
