TeraWulf and Fluidstack Sign Long-Term Hosting Agreements

According to BlockBeats, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (NASDAQ: WULF) has entered into two 10-year high-performance computing (HPC) hosting agreements with AI cloud platform Fluidstack. These agreements will facilitate over 200 MW of critical IT load at the Lake Mariner data center in New York. The contracts are expected to generate approximately $3.7 billion in revenue over the initial decade, with potential earnings reaching $8.7 billion if extended. Google will guarantee $1.8 billion in lease obligations for Fluidstack to support debt financing related to the project. In return, Google will receive approximately 41 million warrants, representing about 8% equity in the company.
