The message states that a formal case has been filed, and substantial actionable intelligence has been gathered with the help of law enforcement, cybersecurity agencies, and various blockchain protocols. The wallet address controlled by the attacker is now under 24/7 surveillance. The attacker has been given 48 hours to return 98% of the stolen assets to a specified address. If they comply, they can keep $1 million as a white hat bounty for discovering and disclosing the vulnerability. This offer is contingent on the attacker's full and timely cooperation. If the funds are returned, the victim will consider the matter resolved and will not pursue further action. However, if the attacker refuses to cooperate, the case will be escalated through legal and international law enforcement channels to identify the attacker and hold them accountable for criminal and civil liabilities.
