Katie Antypas, the Director of the Office of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure at NSF, envisions the pilot program as a national research infrastructure. According to Antypas, NAIRR will grant researchers and communities access to computing, data, models, and software, empowering them for groundbreaking work.
