Worldcoin's team has revealed discussions regarding potential partnerships with OpenAI, the organization behind ChatGPT, and ongoing conversations with PayPal. Sam Altman, founder of Tools for Humanity and ChatGPT's OpenAI, is reportedly involved in these discussions.

Strategic Collaborations in Progress

Tools for Humanity, the entity behind Worldcoin, has hinted at collaborations with major technology and finance firms. Bloomberg reported the possibility of a partnership on April 25. CEO Alex Blania mentioned the potential collaboration with OpenAI, although no official announcement has been made. Additionally, discussions with PayPal have taken place, but concrete developments are pending.

Previous Collaborations and Investments

Last year, Worldcoin collaborated with cybersecurity firm Okta to develop a "sign in with Worldcoin" authentication service. Notable investors such as Three Arrows and FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried have also provided funding to Worldcoin.

Worldcoin's Unique Authentication Approach

Worldcoin aims to authenticate individuals by scanning their iris and converting the biometric data into a secure code. This code, combined with an algorithm, verifies the person's uniqueness and provides a World ID. Participants in the scan can receive Worldcoin tokens as a reward, valued at approximately $5 currently.

Price Analysis and Market Outlook

Worldcoin (WLD) is currently trading at $4.77 according to TradingView's crypto index. The daily chart indicates key support levels between $4.42 and $3.71, which must hold for positive price action. Conversely, a breakout above the range between $6.43 and $8.79 could signal strong momentum for WLD.

Despite challenges, the Worldcoin Foundation has announced the upcoming launch of World Chain, a permissionless, open-source layer 2 blockchain integrated with the Worldcoin protocol.
