Bitcoin Profit-Taking Dominates Market Amid Low Loss Rates

According to ChainCatcher, Crypto Quant analyst Axel reported that approximately 35,400 profitable Bitcoins flowed into centralized exchanges (CEX) in the past 24 hours, marking the highest level in nearly two months. In contrast, the outflow of loss-making tokens was significantly lower, at around 4,600. The profit-to-loss outflow ratio stands at approximately 7.5:1, indicating that profit-taking is the dominant market behavior, with minimal panic selling. Axel explained that high levels of profit-taking amid low loss rates is a logical market behavior. Investors who purchased in the $85,000–$92,000 range are seizing the opportunity to lock in profits as prices approach their cost line. This flow structure suggests that profit-taking is the primary driver of market pressure, differing fundamentally from the pressure caused by panic selling from loss positions. Should the profit-to-loss ratio reverse, with loss-driven selling becoming dominant, a bearish scenario could intensify, although this is not a certainty. The charts depict a coherent picture, with loss rates narrowing to their lowest levels. It is precisely in this range that profit-taking becomes active. Prices are testing the cost benchmark area while facing high supply pressure from profitable positions.
