BitGo Sets IPO Price at $18 Per Share, Surpassing Initial Range

BitGo, a cryptocurrency custody firm, has set its initial public offering (IPO) price at $18 per share, exceeding the previously anticipated range of $15 to $17. According to PANews, the company, along with existing shareholders, is selling a total of 11.8 million shares, aiming to raise approximately $213 million. This valuation places BitGo's market worth at over $2 billion based on the current issued share capital. The IPO is underwritten by Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, and BitGo is scheduled to list on the New York Stock Exchange this Thursday under the ticker symbol 'BTGO.' This marks the first IPO by a cryptocurrency company in 2026.
