CertiK outlines plan to pursue public listing following Binance investment

CertiK, a Web3 security services provider, said in an announcement shared with Finbold on January 23, it is targeting a public listing as part of its ambition to become the first publicly traded Web3 infrastructure company. Its plans for a public listing are supported by a recent investment from Binance, making the exchange CertiK’s largest investor so far.
