According to NS3.AI, the launch of LIBRA has been linked to Argentine President Javier Milei and entrepreneur Mauricio Novelli, who reportedly had seven phone calls on the night of the coin's debut. A New York Times report also highlighted WhatsApp messages suggesting regular payments to Milei and his sister, Karina Milei, prior to the launch.
