Anchorpoint Financial is a joint venture backed by Standard Chartered, Animoca Brands and HKT.The licensed firms are expected to launch Hong Kong dollar-backed stablecoins later this year, targeting use cases including cross-border payments, merchant transactions and digital asset trading.
