Dogecoin Foundation and MoonPay Donate DOGE to Support U.S. Canine Welfare

MoonPay and the Dogecoin Foundation, along with its corporate division House of Doge, have announced a joint donation of 1 million DOGE to the AKC Humane Fund. According to Foresight News, the donation aims to support charitable initiatives focused on protecting and improving the lives of dogs within the United States. The funds will be allocated to several key projects of the AKC Humane Fund, including providing assistance to domestic violence shelters for pet owners, conducting stray dog rescues, and offering essential veterinary care to families facing financial difficulties. Additionally, MoonPay has officially enabled DOGE payment functionality through MoonPay Commerce, allowing users to donate directly to the foundation using DOGE or other cryptocurrencies.
