U.S. Labor Statistics Bureau Revises February and March Nonfarm Employment Figures

The U.S. Labor Statistics Bureau has revised its nonfarm employment figures for February and March. According to Odaily, February's total nonfarm employment was adjusted downward by 23,000, changing from a decrease of 133,000 to a decrease of 156,000. Meanwhile, March's data was revised upward by 7,000, increasing from an addition of 178,000 to an addition of 185,000. These adjustments result in a combined reduction of 16,000 in the employment figures for February and March compared to previously released data.
