Estonia Warns Zondacrypto Over Missing TeamPL Token White Paper

Estonia's Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has issued a warning to BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of Zondacrypto, regarding the absence of a TeamPL token white paper, as required under MiCA regulations. According to NS3.AI, this warning follows reports of withdrawal and access issues at the exchange, alongside a Polish investigation into the company. In April, Zonda CEO Przemysław Kral addressed concerns, stating that the exchange lacked access to a cold wallet containing approximately 4,500 BTC, while denying rumors of insolvency.
