China Issues Guidelines on Overseas Competition and Compliance in the Auto Industry

According to Wallstreetcn, China's Ministry of Commerce and two other departments issued the "Guidelines on Overseas Competition Behavior and Compliance Building in the Auto Industry," saying companies may reasonably determine price differences between countries and regions based on local market conditions, tax structures, logistics costs and other factors to avoid disorder in sales order.
