New World Development Says K11 MUSEA First-Phase Brand Upgrade Due By Year-End

New World Development said its Tsim Sha Tsui K11 MUSEA will complete the first phase of its brand upgrade plan by the end of this year. As more international brands open or expand at the mall, first-half turnover rose about 40% year on year, a record for the same period since K11 MUSEA opened, according to Ming Pao. The company said member spending in May hit a monthly high for the first time in two and a half years, while sales at newly opened brands rose more than 30% on average.
