According to Odaily, MultiMetaVerse Holdings Limited (MMV) has announced a strategic investment in a new venture with Zhenghe Holding Co., Limited. The joint venture, named Gold ABC Digital Technology Co., Limited (Gold ABC), has been established in Hong Kong. The company aims to leverage the expertise of both parties in fintech, blockchain, and traditional finance to enhance asset value through algorithmic strategies. Gold ABC has secured a loan of 500 bitcoins from Zhenghe, with each bitcoin valued at $60,000. The loan term is set for one year with an annual interest rate of 8%. The company plans to utilize its advanced secondary market trading AI algorithms to manage and increase the value of these assets.
