Facet Announces Upcoming V2 With Native Gas Token FCT

According to Odaily, Ethereum-based decentralized computing platform Facet has announced on X that its upcoming Facet v2 will feature a native gas token called FCT. This token aims to enable complete decentralization by eliminating permissioned contract deployment. Facet will continue to utilize blob (EIP-4844) for transaction batching to maintain low transaction fees.
