Montenegro Approves Extradition Of Do Kwon To The United States

According to Odaily, Montenegro's Minister of Justice, Bojan Božović, has signed a decision to extradite Do Kwon to the United States. This development follows the rejection of a constitutional appeal submitted by Do Kwon, the founder of Terraform Labs, in Montenegro. The appeal claimed unfairness in the extradition process and errors in legal interpretation. However, the Constitutional Court did not fully accept these arguments, leading to the resumption of the extradition proceedings.
